Junior Mikey Takacs matched his career low to lead Canisius to an 11th place finish in Apalachin, NY this past week.

On day one, Takacs matched his career low of 67 (–4) for the third time in his career. Freshman Blake Furtney also came in under par, shooting 70 (-1). On the day, the team shot 289 which landed them in sixth place. Day two saw the team fall back to 11th place, scoring a collective 306 points among the 4 scored golfers. Takacs once again led the Griffs, this time recording a 75 (+3), with freshmen Adam Cichowski and Cole Thompson right behind with 76s (+4).
Iona took home the team title with a combined score of 561 over two days with Sahir Baylin scoring a 135 (–9), making him the top individual scorer.
