This week in Senate: The Griff Center’s Director Dr.Mark Harrington speaks about the Center’s vision

In what was a fairly substantial meeting this week, Griff Center Director Dr. Mark Harrington spoke about the current efforts of the Griff Center to adapt to the needs of Canisius’s students, reshaping its structure and response and becoming more of a focal point towards student success and growth this semester.

Afterwards, the constitution for the prospective Veg Club was reviewed. Veg Club is to be a community which is centered around plant-based lifestyles, healthy eating and ethical consumption. Their constitution was ratified by vote.

Financial appeals by the Residence Hall Association, Fusion and the Anime Club were all put forward and approved.
