thorns and gall

red stains fall

my own flesh

and blood what would’ve been stopped by the flood but the rainbow promises it can’t

my Son above was once below in coated arms that He has sown for all who open reap

He cries out

like He did

as my babe

i see youth

what is truth

a white dove

it’s His love
